Job Description

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Lead to take ownership of the design and optimization of user journeys across our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of user behavior, UI/UX best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). As the UX Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our website's usability, aesthetics, and overall performance to improve customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a UX strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and marketers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI components that enhance website usability.
  • Improve mobile and desktop experiences by optimizing UI flows, navigation, and accessibility.
  • Analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Lead design sprints to iterate on new features and functionality.
  • Ensure high performance and fast-loading pages by working with developers on front-end optimizations.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity and design language across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Proven track record of optimizing websites for conversion and engagement.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Experience with Google PageSpeed Insights and web performance optimization.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards) and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to advocate for UX best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A/B Testing
  • Familiarity with customer psychology and behavioral analytics through tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
  • Experience working in an eCommerce or SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices related to UX and design.
